Essential Oils for Plantar Fasciitis pain and recovery
We all want more choices when it comes to ourselves and our families, right? And being healthy doesn’t have to be hard work all the time! Essential oils give us options safely and healthily.
Plantar Fasciitis is miserable, painful, and can take a while to heal.
Though I am in the backend of recovery, I am still dealing with some soreness and acute pains.
Back when all this began for me, I went to four different podiatrists, and all four had different things to say about my plantar fasciitis.
The consensus were to stretch, and it will work itself out.
So, I ended getting a cortisone shot in my heal to help me deal with the pain while I walked.
I tell you what; it was painful! But by the next day, I was walking back to normal again.
When the shot was working, and I wasn’t experiencing pain, I didn’t do anything except stretching and small yoga workouts.
It was about a year later, and the pain crept back into my heels with a vengeance! I went on a hunt for some quality orthotics.
I ended up at the GoodFeet store and was sold on their idea of their treatment. Bam! few hundred dollars later, I was better off than when I walked in.
About a month later, my heels starting hurting, ugh. I traded them in a couple of times to try different sizes and bought some high-end shoes made just for plantar fasciitis. Nothing seemed to work, and the pain kept getting a little worse each day.
This whole time a family member tried to get me into the chiropractors to help me with my feet. Of course, I ignored them because it didn’t make sense.

Alas, I broke down and went in.
A few adjustments of my feet, some custom orthotics to hold them in place, and life just got a lot better.
A chiropractor fixed my plantar fasciitis! What?!
I stopped stretching my feet, started popping my toes, and soaked my feet in an Anti-inflammatory Foot Soak, and I have been in heaven since.

- 1 Gallon warm water
- 5 Drops Organic Lavender
- 5 Drops Organic Tea Tree
- 2 Drops Organic Rosemary
- 1/2 Cup Epsom salts
All you have to do is soak and relax.
